• We will only accept coupons that are in date and the product or purchase requirements have been met.
• Competitor coupons will not be accepted in our stores.
• We will accept Manufacturer, Store, Internet and Catalina Checkout Coupons.
• Coupons with limits specified on them must be followed.
• No “cash back” will be given for coupons of any kind.
• Customers may not use more than (1) one coupon per item with a maximum of (10) ten coupons for the same item per customer.
• We will only accept Internet coupons that appear to be originals.
• We will not accept internet coupons from other retailers.
• We will not accept FREE internet coupons.
• We will accept Manufacturer and Store coupons for FREE items.
• The value of the FREE item cannot exceed the purchase price of that item.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of coupons that may be redeemed in one shopping visit. We also reserve the right to refuse any coupon that may appear to be fraudulent.

Lowes Foods Coupon Policy

We recognize that our customers are looking for more ways to save their hard-earned dollars and using coupons is one of the best ways to save additional money. To allow all of our customers to enjoy these additional savings, our prevailing guideline is that Lowes Foods reserves the right to limit quantities in coupon usage and product purchases.

Lowes Foods welcomes legitimate manufacturer coupons when the following requirements are met:

• Coupons must be in date.
• Coupons must match the item(s) purchased.
• Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
• To ensure product availability for all customers, we limit redemption to 4 like coupons. For example, if you have five of the same coupons and have purchased five items, we will accept four of the coupons.
• All sales taxes are paid by the customer at the full retail value of the item.
• Coupon value cannot exceed our retail price of the item; no cash back will be awarded.

• Same as above plus:
• We will double up to 20 manufacturer coupons with a face value of $0.99 or less per day.
• No minimum purchase is required.
• Manufacturer coupons for FREE items or Buy One, Get One FREE items will not be doubled.
• Any manufacturer coupon that states -Do not double- will not be doubled.
• A doubled coupon will not be honored if the doubled amount exceeds the retail or sale price of the coupon item. No cash back will be awarded.

• From time to time, our manufacturer coupon promotions will be enhanced. For example, we may offer our customers the opportunity to triple their coupons. Special promotional opportunities will be featured in our circular or on-line.

Lowes Foods welcomes legitimate manufacturer coupons when the following requirements are met.

• Same as above plus:
• Coupons must be in date.
• Coupons must match the item(s) purchased.
• Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
• We will double up to 20 manufacturer coupons with a face value of $1.98 or less per day, with total amount not to exceed $3.96 or entire retail of item; whichever is less.
• To ensure product availability for all customers, we will double up to three identical items with manufacturer coupon; additional coupons for like item will be honored at face value. Like items include all flavors.
• All sales taxes are paid by the customer at the full retail value of the item.
• Coupon value cannot exceed our retail price of the item; no cash back will be awarded.
• No orders may be separated that would allow the 20 coupon limit or any other coupon limits to be exceeded.
• No competitor coupons will be doubled or tripled.
• Coupons that state “do not double” will not be doubled.
• Store coupons can be accepted along with paper coupons, however will not be doubled.
• No rainchecks will be given on out-of-stock items for super double coupons.
• Rainchecks for sale items will still be provided as usual.

We gladly accept legitimate internet coupons. However, there has been a growing number of fraudulent internet coupons in the marketplace. We are committed to protecting our customers, manufacturers and our company against this illegal activity. Therefore, Lowes Foods will practice the following guidelines for internet coupons:

• We will only accept printable internet coupons if they scan at checkout.
• We will not honor FREE Product coupons printed from the Internet.
• We will accept Buy One Get One FREE and other values that have a purchase requirement.
• We will accept internet coupons that have an expiration date. If no expiration date is visible, we cannot accept the coupon.
• Coupons will be rejected if they are distorted, altered or obvious duplicates. Coupons are non-transferable, meaning they should not be photocopied or scanned and distributed to others.
• Coupons have unique serial numbers printed on them and follow industry-standard format. Any presented coupon that does not follow standard format will not be accepted.
• With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet coupons per day.

We accept all Print at Home coupons from coupons.com as long as they are in date, unaltered, and are not copies. There is a limit of one coupon per purchase unless otherwise stated.

• In order to redeem store coupons, a Lowes Foods rewards card must be used.
• Store coupons must be in date.
• All limits and purchase requirements must be followed.

• We gladly accept local supermarket or supercenter competitor’s circular coupons or direct mail coupons for dollars off the entire order. (examples include Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Bi-Lo, Kroger, Super Target, Super K-Mart, Wal-mart)
• We will not accept any competitor coupons for specific items. For example, we will not accept a competitor’s coupon for $1.00 off of an individual item.
• Purchase requirements must be met.
• Coupon must be in-date.
• We will not accept any type of internet coupons from any other retailers.
• We will not accept any type of competitor coupons from drug stores or club stores.
• We will accept Catalina Check-out Manufacturer coupons from competitors as long as they are in date, all purchase requirements are met, and they scan.

Ocean State Job Lot Coupon Policy

1. Coupons are redeemable only by a customer purchasing the specific brands and product(s) stated on the coupon, with the face value of the coupon deducted from the retail price.
2. Coupons must be for products currently sold at Ocean State Job Lot and must be presented at the time of the transaction.
3. Coupons are subject to advertised offer limitations and all other limitations and restrictions on coupon.
4. Coupons cannot be applied against the item received in any offer where a customer buys one or more items to get one or more items free.
5. Coupon amount may be reduced so that any combined discounts and coupons do not exceed the value of the item.
6. Coupons have no cash value.
7. Accepted coupons must be manufacturer or Ocean State Job Lot store issued coupons for specific items only.
8. The coupons must have an expiration date.
9. Coupons are void if they appear distorted or blurry, are altered in any way or copied.
10. The transaction amount may not fall below zero value, or go negative, meaning we will not give the customer money back.
11. All sales taxes are paid by the customer in accordance with state tax laws.
12. Ocean State Job Lot reserves the right to refuse any coupons at its discretion.
13. Ocean State Job Lot does not allow a customer to redeem two or more manufacturers coupons against the same item in a single transaction.
14. If a customer presents two manufacturers coupons for the same item in a single transaction, Ocean State Job Lot will only accept the first coupon to be applied in the system.
15. Ocean State Job Lot will accept a manufacturer coupon in combination with a Job Lot issued Internet Coupon honoring up to, but not over, the product purchase price.

1. Ocean State Job Lot will gladly accept up to 2 internet printed coupons per transaction. The same manufacturer and store coupon rules above apply to all internet printed coupons.
2. Internet printed coupons must scan at registers and /or the coupon scan code must be clearly legible for manual input by the retail service agent.
3. Internet printed coupons must have serial numbers and follow an industry- standard format.
4. Manufacturer internet printed coupons must clearly indicate that they are a manufacturer coupon and have a valid manufacturer address on the printed coupon.
5. Ocean State Job Lot will not accept “Free Product” internet printed Manufacturer coupons.
6. Ocean State Job Lot will accept “BOGO” Buy One, Get One Free Internet printed manufacturer coupons.
7. Ocean State Job Lot will accept internet coupons up to a $10.00 limit.

Our Coupon Acceptance Policy:

We will gladly redeem your coupons. The following guidelines apply when presenting manufacturers’ coupons clipped from newspapers or magazines, received by mail, or obtained legitimately from the internet through our website or that of our partners:

• The coupon must be legible and have a scannable bar code (UPC) and a remittable manufacturer’s address.
• Coupons with an expiration date must be used within the stated time frame. Expired coupons will not be accepted.
• Only one manufacturer coupon per item will be accepted.
• Coupon values that exceed the price of the item will not be accepted.
• Digitally duplicated copies of coupons (copy machines, scans, etc.) will not be accepted.

The following guidelines apply to internet coupons:

• Manufacturer coupons that involve any kind of free product will not be accepted, including “buy one, get one free” offers.
• No coupon that exceeds $3.00 will be accepted.
• Internet coupons are not eligible for double coupon promotions or any other program that exceeds the actual face value of the coupon.

BI-LO Coupon Guidelines savings without sacrifice

• Coupons must be presented at the beginning of the checkout transaction, along with your BI-LO BONUSCARD.
• Manufacture and store coupons will only be redeemed on or before expiration date.
• One manufacturer and one store coupon can be redeemed per item.
• Items must be purchased in the size, variety and quanity as specified on the coupon.
• All restrictions and/or limits printed on coupons will be enforced.
• Limit of ten (10) coupons on like items are eligble to double.  Remaining coupons on like items will be redeemed at face value and will not be doubled.
• Manufacturer coupons with a value of 60(cents symbol) or less will double, unless otherwise posted at store level.
• Double coupon redemption applies only to manufacturer coupons.  BI-LO store coupons will not be doubled.
• Electronic coupons will not be doubled.
• The total coupon value, including the doubled amount, must not exceed the price of the item and no cash back will be given.
• Coupons on alcohol or tobacco products will not be doubled.
• Coupons will not be doubled when restricted by manufacturer or where prohibited by law.
• Only valid, scanable Internet coupons will be redeemed.
• BI-LO will redeem local competitor coupons on identical items.
• BI-LO reserves the right to accept,, decline or limit the use of coupons.
